STEP 01

Take a photo of your watch and COR2 & CO. warranty certificate. State the problems together with your contact number and email to hello@cor2.co.
** For Lazada / Shoppee warranty claim, please contact us in "Chats"
and provide us your order number.**

STEP 02

Our support team will get in touch with you.

If the initial troubleshooting is unable to resolve the problem, we will suggest a courier pick-up service to bring back the watch. The watch to be returned must be accompanied by COR2 & CO. warranty certificate. Any shipping or transportation charges incurred in the returning and collection of the watch are to be born by customer. Kindly be present during the pick-up, no representatives shall be entertained. A service request sheet will be issued to you.

STEP 03

Please allow 4 to 8 weeks of repair process, starting from the date of service request sheet issued. We will inform you once the watch is ready for collection.
